Spain

A journey through Spain that felt like traveling through different countries. Started in Madrid before heading to Toledo's medieval streets, then south to Andalusia where I caught the Easter celebrations—processions winding through narrow streets with ancient customs.

The Alhambra in Granada was breathtaking, every detail more intricate than the last. Córdoba's old streets and the massive Mezquita felt like stepping into history. Barcelona had a completely different energy—Gaudí's architecture everywhere and the Mediterranean coast. Ended with a misty day trip to Montserrat, where the monastery seemed to float in the clouds above the jagged peaks.
